To make your holiday gifting extra easy, we’re extending our online return period!
While our standard policy allows 28 days for returns, any orders delivered between 5 November and 13 December 2025 can be returned until 10 January 2026.
Only orders for which a return request and shipping label have been issued via email by 10 January 2026 will be eligible for returns.
Our online store will continue to accept orders throughout the festive season. Please note:
- Orders placed by 22 December 2025 will be shipped on 23 December 2025.
- Orders placed on or after 23 December 2025 will be shipped starting 5 January 2026, as our office will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.
During this closure, shipping, order inquiries, and return requests will be processed sequentially starting 5 January 2026.

UK Delivery:
Free shipping on orders over £50.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24/Signed for £5.00
A £5.00 shipping fee will be applied to all online returns.
Worldwide Delivery:
Free shipping on orders over £350.00
DHL or equivalent shipping £50.00.
A £15.00 shipping fee will be applied to all international returns.
- All items are shipped from the UK.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Our shipping costs do not include any import charges, taxes, or customs duties that may apply to your order. Customers are responsible for any additional fees required by their country's customs authorities upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees or delivery delays before placing your order.
- We will dispatch your order within 1-3 Working Days once we receive your order. Please note, the delivery time is subject to the cut-off time of 1pm, Mon-Thurs (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the next working day.
